I moved to Calgary in 2023 after graduating from the Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Art and Design in Wroclaw (Photography and Multimedia). Moving to a new country and a new continent was a big challenge, especially with a different language and culture. However, the kindness of the people I met here and the incredible nature inspired me to look at photography in a new way.

This new environment gave me a fresh vision and a hunger to find opportunities I hadn’t seen in my art before. I started focusing more on portrait and event photography, as I enjoy meeting new people and capturing important moments. I have also had the chance to collaborate with local brands, helping them tell their stories through my lens. Each new project helps me understand the psychology of communication and gives me the inspiration to move forward. Besides photography, I am also learning video and often help on sets as a camera operator.

When I lived in Europe, I spent a lot of time visiting museums and galleries. This background stays with me, but Calgary has added something new to my style. In 2025, I had my first street photography exhibition called 'Urban Echoes' with the ICAI organization. I enjoy working with both digital and film photography to capture the details and feelings of the city.
